✨ Policies & Terms ✨ 💅 Nail Services • Soak-off & fresh set usually required each visit (for gel-x only). • Exception: minimal lifting & under 3 weeks? Fill may be possible after i’m able to review. • Rebooking clients: add soak-off unless advised (or no lifting and under 3 weeks old). • First-time clients: bare nails only. • I do not remove foreign work. 💳 Deposit • A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. ⏰ Arrival & Late Policy • Arrive on time! Early? Message me. • Up to 15 min late: services may be limited to solid color or less designs due to minimal time. • 20 mins or more late: appointment canceled, deposit kept. ❌ Cancellations • 24+ hr notice required. • Late cancellations: deposit kept + $25 cancellation fee charged. 🤒 Health & Safety • Feeling sick?
