At Grace Esthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of your service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-call/no-show), the full service fee will be charged and is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures we can provide the best possible service to all our clients. If rescheduling is not possible, the full service fee will still apply. Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup if possible to ensure you get the full service time provided to you. Please come to your appointment alone as I am limited to space in my room. If you have any questions or accommodations please reach out to me so I can try to make your appointment as comfortable as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Enzyme Facial

Enzyme Facials are designed for those with congested pores, dry skin, fine lines, acne scarring, age spots, and sun damage. It includes a relaxing neck massage, warm towels, steam, extractions, and a customized enzyme peel selected based on your skin consultation. The treatment concludes with a deeply hydrating mask to nourish and replenish the skin. Please note that this facial is not suitable for individuals with an active sunburn or those using Accutane or retinol. SPF is required to be worn every day.
