Los clientes tienen la opción de cancelar o reprogramar sus citas hasta 24 horas antes del inicio programado. En caso de cancelación en el momento de la cita, falta o tardanza superior a 20 minutos, la cita será cancelada y se perderá el depósito. Todos los servicios se ofrecen según disponibilidad. Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
