I do not work over products that are not my own work. Please come in with bare, healthy nails or schedule a foreign product removal with your appointment. Nails that show signs of damage, infection, or any possible unhealthy conditions will be turned away. Please message me on Instagram for a price quote. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, after 10 minutes a $5 late fee will be applied to your appointment total. After 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the deposit will not be valid for the rescheduling. Booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Booking Fees will only be held up to 30 days past the original date of being received if rescheduling occurs. If you are sick or think that you may be getting sick please reschedule your appointment or message me if it is within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Clients may be asked to reschedule if there are signs of possible illness at the appointment. I allow one guest during the appointment, please inform me prior to appointment time if there will be a guest coming to the appointment. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the service. NAIL WARRANTY I have a five day free nail warranty for all nail enhancement services. What’s covered under this warranty: chipping, lifting, nail replacements, length shortening. Message me if there are any issues with your nails and we will get it fixed. If there are any issues after the five days it will be considered a nail fix, prices vary.
