Venomous Tips

1. NO SHOWS will be charged the price of the appointment. For future appointments we will require 100% of the payment upfront. 2. If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24hours notice! Failing to notice within 24hours there will be a cancellation fee equal to the price of your appointment. Our time is precious! 3. If the customer is late 15 min. or more the appointment will automatically be cancelled, and there will be a charge equal to half of the price of the appointment. 4. If you want a design or french please book the appropriate selection when booking online. And don't forget to attach photos or send a DM. 5. If you have more than 3 broken nails, please inform the studio before your appointment so I can arrange the time.
