This little home-based studio is where creativity meets care, and every set is made with love. I’m learning, growing, and perfecting my craft — and I can’t wait to share this journey with you! Before booking, please take a moment to read through these policies. They help me create the best experience for you: 📍 Location Details VNailed is a cozy, private space in my home. The full address will be sent in your confirmation email after booking. Please come solo unless we’ve chatted about bringing a guest — I want to keep things calm and focused just for you! ⏳ Appointment Timing I’m still building speed and confidence, so your appointment may take 3.5+ hours depending on the service. Thank you for your patience — every extra minute is me making sure your nails look amazing! ❌ No-Shows & Late Cancellations Life happens, but please try to respect my time: • No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will be noted. • After 2 no-shows, a non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings. • Repeated no-shows may mean I can’t book you anymore (and I’d hate for that to happen!). ⚠️ Cancellations & Flexibility Need to cancel or reschedule? Please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If an emergency pops up, just let me know — communication is everything! Last-minute cancellations without notice may require a deposit to rebook. ✨ Deposits (Future Policy) Currently, deposits aren’t required. Only clients with 2 or more no-shows will need to leave one. Deposits go toward your service and are non-refundable for no-shows. 🧼 Client Expectations • Arrive with clean hands and no nail products (unless you booked a removal). • Share your vision — I’ll do my best to bring it to life! • I’m a beginner, so perfection takes time.
