All new clients will be required to pay a £15 deposit before your appointment is accepted please ask for details at the end of booking. Due to high demand and limited availability, I kindly ask all clients to give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. Any same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. This policy ensures my time is respected and gives others the chance to book in.
