We include crystal gridding, a 10 minute Sound Bowl Immersion and aromatherapy. Clients are encouraged to lie down comfortably allowing a deeply restorative session . We finish with 5 minutes of silence. I will leave you to rest and gather yourself slowly before returning to the world.
