Booking Policy Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. While I do not require a credit card to book, I kindly ask that you respect my time and honor your scheduled appointment. After-Hours Appointments: If you need an appointment outside of regular booking hours, please email me directly at summersilkwaxlounge@gmail.com to check availability. To ensure a truly personalized experience, appointments are available beyond standard booking times, including select evening and weekend availability. For tailored scheduling and premium access, please contact me directly. I will be delighted to accommodate you whenever possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule: • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a non-refundable cancellation fee before future bookings can be made. • No-shows may result in being required to pay a deposit for any future appointments. ••• Late Arrival Policy If you are running late: • I allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. • If rescheduled due to lateness, it will be considered a late cancellation.
