Appointment Policies Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Deposits: New clients are required to pay a £20 (via bank transfer) holding deposit to secure their appointment. This is refundable if clients or cancels their appointment with more than 48 hours notice. Any less than 48 hours notice and the client will be required to pay the full balance of the treatment. Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are not confirmed until a confirmation message has been sent. Booking on Behalf of Others: If you are booking an appointment for another person, you must use their details rather than your own. This is necessary to maintain accurate records and ensure treatments are agreed with the correct client. Male Clients: Appointments for male clients are not accepted. Health Conditions & Contraindications: Any relevant health conditions must be disclosed before the appointment. If undisclosed conditions are identified upon arrival, I reserve the right to refuse treatment. In these circumstances, full payment will still be required.
