POLICIES You need to have a patch test before your appointment if you are a new client or are having a new treatment. I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to give 24 hrs notice will require a 50% charge to be paid. Failure to arrive to your appointment will require a 100% charge to be paid. Please arrive make up and mascara free. I have no waiting area as my beauty room is reserved for a clients sole appointment only therefore. Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. Arriving late for your appointment has a knock on effect, therefore 15 minutes or more after your appointment time will mean your appointment is cancelled and the no show/failure to arrive policy will apply meaning a 100% fee charged. Any problems will need to be addressed within 2 days in order for a resolution. By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing terms. I look forward to welcoming you to my beauty room.
