Greg knows his stuff and has years of experience in the industry.  I won't know if we've fixed the vexing problem I've had with my boots until the season gets underway, but what he told me made good sense and the changes we made look like they are going to make a difference.  Additionally, he's had personal experience with these boots both wearing them and resolving the same problems for other customers.
I'm glad that I found Greg and I'll be recommending him to other ski professionals.

Greg took time to see what was happening, verified boot fit, and then incorporated heel lifts into my boots.  I loved the detail, as well as the fact he took time to explain what he was doing…

My appointment with Greg was terrific. He expained everything he did and why. It's quite interesting when I learned of the things my body/boot interaction was doing wasn't giving me an optimum skiing experience. From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience. Greg did an amazing job helping me select the boot that matched the volume of my foot. Then, he went one step further and dialed in the comfort by addressing the unique characteristics of my feet and creating an orthotic that matched them perfectly. Greg was great and this was not the first time  I've had him set up  a new pair of boots for me. 
His experience and skill he has acquired over the years  gives me the confidence to come back and know  that the job will be done right, and will truly be a custom fit just for me! This is why I made the four hour drive from Pennsylvania, and I am very pleased with results, it's worth it!
