Read This Before You Book I get your spot on the books once you’ve paid in full. That covers the hours I spend prepping your chart before we even meet, so once you’re booked, your time is yours. Cancellations • 48+ hours notice → Full credit (good for 30 days). • 24–48 hours → Half credit (good for 30 days). • Less than 24 hours / same-day / no-show → No refund. No credit. No exceptions. Running Late? You’ve got a 10-minute grace period. Past that, we either go shorter or you miss the session entirely — either way, the fee stays the same. Booking means you’ve read this, understood it, and agreed.
