Failure to do so may result in time running out and a part of the service being cut (e.g, skipping the blowdry) New clients will need to book a consultation slot 48 hours prior to any colour services booked to allow for an allergy test. For hair extensions, please book a consultation. The deposit will be refunded against your cost of any hair purchased. For a colour change, colour correction, or anything more than a simple touch-up, a consultation will need to be booked to make sure enough time is allocated. Please be aware that time slots are limited to services booked. If you are unsure, please contact me as I will only be able to service what time will allow.

Please ensure to book a finishing service when scheduling a colour appointment. E.g cut and finish. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 48 hours before the time of booking, using the link provided, or by contacting me directly, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. The processing fee is payable by the customer.

The appointment includes a quote, color matching, and an allergy test. A £5 deposit will be credited toward the cost of hair products purchased.
