Politica și termenii

•Clients can cancel / reschedule up to before 48 hours before their appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling after the 48 hour mark will be required to pay a 50% fee. Any cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment booked. Any no shows will be required to pay 100% of the service. • Please arrive to your appointment ALONE and on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late I may need to cancel your appointment. • You must have at least 50% of your extensions left to qualify for an infill, any less you will be charged for a full set. (if you are unsure, please message me.) • I do not give refunds, if there are any issues with your lashes you must let me know within 3 days of the treatment so you can come back and I'll asses / fix the issue.
