Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or health concerns.
