What is Reiki Healing??
Reiki is healing with energy. Providing energy healing for physical, mental and emotional health.
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, which uses a technique called “palm healing" to channel "universal life energy". A practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient's clothed body to facilitate relaxation and support the natural healing processes of the body to restore physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki can be given lying down or sitting up.
There is also distance healing which can be done without the physical presence of yourself in the practitioners space.
A full Reiki session is usually 50- 60mins. A mini Reiki session can be anything from 20-30mins.
Reiki can also be given in a form of distance healing. This requires you not to be in my space but to receive it through the energy even if you’re across the world.
