Initial treatment
The "be activated / neuro-muscular body balance technique" is a treatment appropriate for everybody.
It looks at a variety of chronic pain/issues caused by such activities as poor lifting habits, bad mechanics in a golf swing or tennis stroke or other sporting activities, or computer keyboarding. The emphasis of the activations is to stimulate the nervous system, and override defensive/compensation muscle patterns that usually makes the body stiff & tight.

The emphasis of the treatment is to stimulate the nervous system and override those defensive and compensation patterns that usually makes the body stiff and tight.
