Hi, I’m Coach JC — a dedicated youth coach, mentor, and certified personal trainer for both youth and adults. With a background in semi-pro basketball and over 16 years of boxing experience (and still going strong), I bring real-world athletic insight to every session. I’m passionate about helping you build the strong, confident, and graceful physique you’ve always wanted. As a certified nutritionist, I believe that true transformation starts at the table. I specialize in weight loss and muscle-building, combining intuitive eating with safe, effective resistance training to help clients of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals. In addition to personal training, I offer dynamic boxing fit classes designed to improve conditioning, boost cardiovascular health, and challenge both your body and mind. I also offer lawn care and housekeeping.
