🌿 Nature’s H.I.K.E. – Policies & Terms Booking a hike with Nature’s H.I.K.E. (Healing Is Kinda Everywhere) means you agree to the following: --- 1. Participation All hikes are taken at your own risk. Nature’s H.I.K.E. and its guides are not responsible for injuries, medical issues, or lost items. Please share any relevant health conditions with us before the hike. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. --- 2. Safety & Respect Wear proper footwear and dress for the weather. Stay on the trail and follow guide instructions. Respect nature, yourself, and others — disruptive or unsafe behavior is not allowed. --- 3. Payments All participants must be paid in full before the hike begins. Unpaid participants will not be allowed to join the hike. --- 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 100 hours before the start time. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. Bookings are transferable — you may send someone in your place with prior notice. If Nature’s H.I.K.E. cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you may: Reschedule at no cost, or Receive credit toward a future hike. Examples of unforeseen circumstances include (but are not limited to): Severe or dangerous weather (thunderstorms, hurricanes, extreme heat, heavy snow/ice) Natural disasters such as flooding, wildfires, or landslides Trail closures due to park maintenance or safety restrictions Accidents or emergencies affecting the guide or staff Any other situation that could compromise participant safety or the integrity of the hike --- 5. Liability Waiver Hiking involves natural risks such as falls, wildlife, insects, weather, and physical exertion. By booking, you release Nature’s H.I.K.E., its guides, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, or loss during participation. --- 6. Media & Photos Photos and videos may be taken during hikes for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in media, please let your guide know at the start. --- 7. Community Values Nature’s H.I.K.E. is a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all.
