By booking an appointment with Mocha Hair Care, you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be transferred. Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation. No-call, no-show appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes.
