Please fully read the following information before booking. Failure to do so results in appointments subject to cancel. Cash preferred. Other payments accepted include apple pay, venmo, and paypal. $30 deposit must be sent via Apple Pay to 617-256-1450 Deposits will also be accepted via venmo @Maddison-Marujo. EMOJI ONLY AS CAPTION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not write anything lash related. No deposit, no appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are transferable. Up to 2 reschedules per deposit (only if rescheduling prior to 24 hours of appointment start time.) If you reschedule twice in a row (3 missed appointments) within 24 hours of each appointment you will need a new deposit to book. $30 deposit, $25 goes towards remaining balance. I do not fill other lash techs work, if coming with lashes on please book removal and full set. 15 minute grace period, after 20 minutes appointment will be canceled. Please arrive on time and accordingly, if you know you will be late please reach out to me! I do not charge a late fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please reach out to me via text at 617-256-1450 or dm @minks_by_maddi. Cancelations will not be refunded deposit. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance from appointment start time to transfer deposit. Anything within 24 hours of appointment will forfeit deposit. You MUST have at least 40% of lashes in order to book refill, anything less is considered a full set. Please note anything over 3 weeks is a full set! Please do not leave unsatisfied!!! If there is something you would like changed or added please let me know during your appointment when I ask you. I am not responsible for fixing anything after 48 hours. (This includes shedding! You have 48 hours to contact me if you are having any issues with your lashes, anything after that will be considered a fill in). Please double check you have provided the correct email address and phone number as that is how I will be able to contact you regarding your appointment. No refunds. Squeeze in and morning/after hour appointments during weekdays are a fee of $35 that is NOT included in service price, it is a add on. Weekend appointments are a fee of $50 that is NOT included in service price, it is a add on. For inquiries on squeeze ins and after hour appointments text 617-256-1450 or dm @minks_by_maddi. If you are at all sick please reschedule your appointment. Do not come in sick. All no shows must pay remaining balance of skipped appointment in order to book again.
