Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before their appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a 50% fee. To reschedule or cancel, sign in to the app or text Allison at 707-245-1050. What to Wear Please wear closed-toed shoes and long pants/leggings. Please dress according to the weather. Helmets are available to borrow if needed. Payment Payment is accepted via cash or Venmo at the time of the appointment. For last-minute cancellations, fees may be paid through Venmo to @AllisonMMcIntyre. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to text Allison at 707-245-1050.
