Address to your appointment will be sent out the day prior to your appointment! If you’re in need of a house call please be sure to send me your address and day prior to your appointment as well! There will be additional charges to house calls! You’re allowed to only have 1 additional guest at your appointment There will be a late fee added to your appointment if you’re more than 15 minutes late! 15-20 Mins will be $10 additional 25-30 it’ll be $25 If you’re later than 30 mins to your appointment without consultation, your appointment will be cancelled!
