Thank you for taking the time out to book with me, I look forward to meeting you! Please read below before booking •Monday-Friday 7am - 6pm & Saturday-Sunday 6am-3pm, I understand things happen and can cause you to run behind but that’s why I offer a 10 minute grace period. Please understand that after those 10 minutes it’ll be a $15 late fee or you’ll have to reschedule. •There is a $25 non-refundable deposit that is required to reserve your appointment. Deposit goes towards your final total of your service. Please send deposit within 24 hours after booking your appointment, if not your appointment will not be held and may result in being booked by someone else that is deposit ready. This is to help me with any last minute cancellations & no shows. •Payment methods: Cash/Zelle ONLY or Apple Pay / Cash App with a $10 processing fee. •No extra guests unless they are being serviced as well. •There needs to be a 48 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, if not then $50 cancellation fee is required if you’d like to book again in the future. No shows will be blocked and cannot book with me again. •First time clients must be fullsets ONLY, I do not work on top of other artist work. Before you come in for your appointment please have a fresh face , no makeup , strip lash glue, mascara etc. •Fill ins: I will no longer be doing fills that are past 3 weeks. Anything after will be an automatic fullset. At least 50% of your lashes should still be on, I should not be able to count how many lashes are left, If I can then that will be considered a fullset. I do mini fills within 7 days after your appointment , must have 80% of your lashes. •If you are unsure if your set is a fill in or a full set please message me beforehand to clarify. •Squeeze in / after hours: I will no longer do squeeze ins for free, there will be a $40 squeeze in fee. Please understand I am a full time mother & I do not work after a certain time so if you’re needing to book after hours that will be a $50 fee. •Retention varies per client, it is your responsibility to maintain your aftercare. If you have sensitive and watery eyes, please let me know ahead of time so I can use correct products for those specific reasons. •All sales are final and I do not offer refunds, no matter the circumstance. I cannot get my product or my time back.
