𝐍𝐎𝐕𝐀 𝐇𝐀𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐒 By booking an appointment with Nova Haus, you agree to the following terms. ⸻ 𝘿𝙀𝙋𝙊𝙎𝙄𝙏 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔 A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service selected and are deducted from your final total. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled once with more than 24 hours notice. Deposits are otherwise non-transferable. A valid card must be kept on file for all bookings. Deposits are forfeited for: • Cancellations within 24 hours • No-shows • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late ⸻ 𝙉𝙊𝙑𝘼 𝘼𝙁𝙏𝙀𝙍 𝘿𝘼𝙍𝙆 (𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩/𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮/𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙙) Appointments scheduled outside of standard operating hours incur an additional surcharge. This includes: After-hours bookings Early morning appointments Weekend appointments (where applicable) Surcharges are applied automatically at the time of booking and are added to your final total. After hours appointments are limited and subject to availability. ⸻ 𝘾𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎 & 𝙉𝙊 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙒𝙎 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations will result in: • Forfeiture of deposit • A $50 no-show fee charged to the card on file By booking, you authorise Nova Haus to charge the card on file for missed or failed appointments. Outstanding fees must be settled before any future bookings can be made. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment to secure future appointments. ⸻ 𝘼𝙍𝙍𝙄𝙑𝘼𝙇 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔 Please arrive on time to ensure your full appointment can be completed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited. Late arrivals may also be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees may be charged. Appointments are allocated specific time blocks to achieve optimal results ⸻ 𝙄𝙉𝙁𝙄𝙇𝙇𝙎 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔 Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment. A minimum of 40–50% of extensions must remain to qualify for an infill. Appointments beyond 3 weeks, or with lower retention, will require a full set booking. Foreign infills are assessed upon arrival and may require removal and a full set. A $30 adjustment fee applies to foreign infills due to additional time and corrective work required. ⸻ 𝙏𝙊𝙊𝙏𝙃 𝙂𝙀𝙈 𝘼𝙋𝙋𝙏𝙎 Please attend with freshly brushed teeth. All gems are applied using professional dental-grade adhesive. No drilling is performed. Tooth gems must only be professionally removed — never picked or forced off. A 6-week replacement warranty applies to most standard placements. This excludes non-recommended placements, complex designs, and lower-bonding areas. Suitability will be assessed at the time of appointment. ⸻ 𝙎𝙌𝙐𝙀𝙀𝙕𝙀 𝙄𝙉 𝘼𝙋𝙋𝙏𝙎 When fully booked, squeeze-in appointments may be offered where possible. A $50 squeeze-in fee applies in addition to the service price. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. ⸻ 𝙍𝙀𝙁𝙐𝙉𝘿 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔 Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered on completed services. If you have concerns, please contact Nova Haus within 48 hours so the matter can be assessed and adjusted where appropriate. ⸻ 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙎𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔 All clients must be 16 years or older. Nova Haus reserves the right to refuse service where suitability, safety, or policy terms are not met. ⸻ 𝘼𝙁𝙏𝙀𝙍𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙀 Proper aftercare is essential for longevity and retention. Aftercare instructions are provided following your appointment. Lash care kits are available for purchase to support optimal results.
