• Clients can book, cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. • Deposit required is 50% of total (non-refundable) via Zelle, Apple Pay or Chime; due 24hrs before scheduled appointment. (313.465.0717- request total; leave note) 🚫 DEPOSIT, 🚫 APPOINTMENT ‼️ 🚫 CALL/SHOW , 🚫 CREDIT/REFUND ‼️ • Client must pay remainder of total at time of appointment; via cash, zelle, 🍏pay , chime. • If client cancels within 24hrs, 🚫 refund. Person has up to 30 days to reschedule. If before 24hrs, eligible for refund and/or reschedule. • If stylist cancel, client eligible for refund and/or reschedule. • If client dissatisfied with service, that person is eligible for similar service or 50% REFUND. • Hair extensions provided by request.
