Politica și termenii

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If any issue arises on my end, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the remaining service total if a card is on file. All payments are due upfront before your service begins. Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If there are any issues or concerns regarding your install, you must contact me within 24 hours of your appointment completion time in order for accommodations or corrections to be made. After the 24-hour window has passed, I will no longer be able to accommodate any concerns regarding the service provided. By booking an appointment with LacedByJanae, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during your service for promotional and marketing purposes. Frontal wig install

Please arrive with 8–10 flat braids. No bulky braids. Failure to do so may result in an additional braid-down fee. • Includes basic styling (middle or side part). • Cash is preferred. If paying with any method other than cash or Zelle, a $3 processing fee will apply. • All wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days before your appointment. If you’re unable to drop your wig off beforehand, please add the Same-Day Customization Fee when booking.

Edge touchups

This service is for clients who are 7–10 days post-install with LacedbyJanea. Please upload a clear photo of your current lace and edges when booking. All touch-up appointments are subject to approval. This service includes an edge touch-up ONLY. Your lace and overall install will not be fully reinstalled or refreshed. If your install requires more than a minor edge touch-up, you will be contacted and asked to book the appropriate $50 Touch-Up service instead.

Wig maintenance

This service is for clients who are 7–14 days post-install with LacedbyJanea and need their wig refreshed to bring it back to its original look. Please upload a clear photo of your current lace, edges, and overall install when booking. All maintenance appointments are subject to approval. This service may include: * Touching up minor lace lifting * Re-securing the lace as needed * Refreshing and styling the hair * Fixing and redefining the edges/baby hairs * Cleaning up the lace and overall install * Restoring the overall appearance of your original install This is NOT a full reinstall. Major lifting, excessive buildup, damaged lace, or an install that requires extensive work may require a new install or additional service. If you only need your baby hairs/edges refreshed, please book the $25 Edge Touch-Up instead.
