Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by texting 786-334-7551, however online is preferred and instant. provided that a minimum 24-hour notice is given. Insufficient notice may incur a fee. Katrina The Groomer LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client, for any reason. Because we are determined to keep an uplifted, happy atmosphere for both our team members and our clients disrespectful and or threatening behavior will result in refusal of service.
