Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. Upon arrival, clients hair must be properly washed and blow-dried upon arrival. Late arrivals must notify in advance, with a $15 upcharge after 15 minutes and a $25 upcharge after 25 minutes. A no-call, no-show will result in forfeiture of further bookings. Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit fee that does not go towards the total amount. There is also a processing fee of $1.18 upon schedule.
