By booking with JDM Sports Massage, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of £20.0 may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Looking forward to seeing you. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
