Bookings are confirmed at the time of scheduling. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. A reasonable grace period may be accommodated when possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling at the discretion of Integrity Virtual Solutions. Payment is due at the time of service, and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients are expected to attend appointments individually unless prior arrangements have been approved by Integrity Virtual Solutions. All services are non-refundable once rendered. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Integrity Virtual Solutions’ liability is limited to the value of the service provided, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering services and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing or as required by law. All client information, including that of prospective clients, is treated with strict confidentiality and will never be sold or disclosed under any circumstances.
