I understand that things come up, we get sick, kids get sick, emergency’s happen. But I do ask that you reach out and let me know as soon as possible. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. There is a 15 minute grace period from your appointments start time. If you’re not at your appointment after 15 minutes, you will be considered a no call no show, and your card will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. After three no call no shows you will no longer be able to book any further appointments.
