We kindly request that you allow a 20-minute window before or after your scheduled appointment. While we strive to arrive on time, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. Conversely, if the roads are clear, we may arrive earlier than initially calculated. You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time without any fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows, a fee of £20 will be charged. However, if you reschedule your appointment, your payment will automatically transfer to your future booking.
