Payment & Refund Policy • The remaining balance for your appointment must be paid in cash only. • Deposits are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds on services. Appointment Preparation Please arrive ready for your service: • Come makeup-free. A $20 cleansing fee will apply if additional time is needed to remove makeup or old lash glue, as this can impact our scheduled appointment time. • Do not wear contact lenses to your appointment, as they can cause discomfort during the service. • Avoid consuming caffeine before your visit to fully enjoy a calm, relaxing experience. • For the comfort and focus of everyone, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment unaccompanied. Any guests will be asked to wait outside. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy • Cancellations made on the same day of your appointment will incur a $30 fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay this fee may result in the inability to book future appointments. • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation to avoid fees and allow others to book the time. No-shows or failure to notify will regrettably result in the inability to secure future appointments. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling and may include the applicable cancellation fee. Fill-In Policy To ensure the best and safest results for your natural lashes: • Fills are for maintenance only. Up to 3 fills are permitted between full sets. After the 3rd fill, a full set is required to reset the base and protect your natural lashes. • If your lashes appear oily, soiled, or have lost their curl, a full removal and new set will be required instead of a fill. • If fewer than 40% of your lashes remain, the service will be treated as a full set. • Your lashes must be thoroughly cleansed before your appointment—their condition depends largely on the care you provide between visits. • I do not perform fill-ins on work done by other artists. A full removal and new set will be required. Appointment Confirmation You must confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. Once confirmed, I will send my address. This step helps ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone.
