To keep the salon running smoothly and provide every guest with the best experience, please review the following policies: • Cancellations and No Shows No shows will be charged 50 percent of the appointment total. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 25 percent. Three no shows or late cancellations will result in no longer being able to book. New clients who no show their first appointment will not be able to book again. • Reminders Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance so you have time to confirm, cancel, or reschedule if needed. You may call the salon at 440 261 9084 or text back the reminder number if something comes up. • Guests Children under 12 must have a parent present unless approved beforehand. Significant others or guests may not attend appointments unless approved beforehand.
