You will be notified prior and will not be charged for this. You will then be rescheduled in at a later date. Please take note of this when making your appointments. If you or your pet behave in a aggressive, disruptive or harmful behaviour you will ultimately be asked to leave and we no longer be able to continue recieving this grooming service indefinitely
