- Two no call/ no shows you will be blocked from booking -Appointments need to be rescheduled within 48 hrs —If you are 10 minutes late to the appointment it is a $10 late fee, after 20 minutes the appt is automatically cancelled -All payments are nonrefundable -If nails are broken or damaged within 7 days I will fix them for free, after 7 days there is a fee -Natural nails should be bare at the time of appt, if you come with something on your nails you will have to pay for a removal fee depending on what it on your nails -No foreign fills. We will have to soak off your nails before putting on a new set -If you cancel within 48 hrs of the appt you will be charged a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service that you booked. -If you no call no show your appt you will be charged the full service amount. -You cannot book another appt until the fees you owe are paid! -Cards are required to be put on file for this reason. Your card info is protected and will not be used for anything other than the cancellation fee. -All payments must be paid by cash or card. Customers pay card fees, cash is the preferred payment method.
