Carter’s Mobile Detailing is a one-person operation that I run. I’ve been detailing cars for six years, starting mostly in the summer, but now I’m expanding to offer services year-round. I started because I love making cars look their best, and over the years I’ve built a reputation for paying attention to every little detail. My goal is to provide high-quality detailing that makes your vehicle look like new, all while coming to you so it’s convenient and easy. I take pride in doing the job right and making sure every customer is happy with the results.

Carter’s Mobile Detailing Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with Carter’s Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Service Approval By scheduling a service, you authorize Carter’s Mobile Detailing to perform detailing services on your vehicle at the agreed location, date, and time. 2. Payment Terms Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and approved checks. 3. Deposits Certain services or appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits go toward the total service cost. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. 5. Vehicle Condition Customers must remove personal belongings, valuables, weapons, and illegal items before the appointment. Carter’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items left inside the vehicle. 6. Access Requirements For mobile appointments, customers must provide access to water and electricity unless otherwise agreed beforehand. The vehicle must also be accessible upon arrival. 7. Weather & Safety Mobile services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, poor working environments, or other circumstances outside of our control. 8. Satisfaction Policy Customer satisfaction is important. Any concerns must be reported before the detailer leaves the appointment location so they can be addressed immediately. 9. Pre-Existing Damage Carter’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage including, but not limited to: * Scratches * Rock chips * Paint defects * Oxidation * Faded trim * Torn upholstery * Electrical issues * Loose or damaged components 10. Biohazard & Excessive Condition Vehicles Vehicles containing excessive trash, mold, bodily fluids, vomit, pet waste, needles, insects, or other hazardous materials may be subject to additional charges or service refusal. 11. Service Time Estimates Estimated completion times are approximate and may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, weather, and service package selected. 12. Photos & Marketing Carter’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to take before-and-after photos of vehicles for quality control and marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before service begins. 13. Liability Limitations Carter’s Mobile Detailing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid for the service. 14. Right to Refuse Service Carter’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, inaccessible vehicles, or situations that pose a risk to staff or equipment. 15. Business Status Disclosure Carter’s Mobile Detailing is currently operating as a DBA (Doing Business As) and is actively completing formal business registration, licensing, and insurance setup. By booking a service, the customer acknowledges and accepts this understanding prior to service completion. 16. Agreement By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
