- Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! If you do not reschedule the same day after not coming to your appointment YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE! (1, 1b, 2 & 4) All other colors will need to be provided by you or if I provide it will be an extra fee! - Business hours are 8am -5:30pm. (which means I will not take any appointments after or before those times). IF YOU WANT A TIME AFTER, IT WILL BE EXTRA!! - MY SITE DOES HAVE SUNDAYS OPENED but it is an extra fee to book on Sundays! Technically I don’t do hair on Sundays but I will for an extra $60 FEE! • ALL remaining balances MUST BE PAID BEFORE your appointment via Apple Pay or CASH ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!! LATE FEES WILL BE ADDED IF YOU’RE 15 MINUTES LATE ($25 extra added total), 30 MINUTES LATE ($45 extra added to total) - A $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your spot upon booking an appointment. Which will be deducted from your total! You have 30 minutes to an hour to send your deposit via cashapp, or apple pay! If deposit is not sent in that time frame you DONT have an appointment! I will send out additional information for your appointment once deposit is paid. If you don’t respond I will cancel your appointment and send your deposit back. - Any lengths after WAIST LENGTH WILL START AT $35 EXTRA & will increase depending on length of your choice! - IF YOUR HAIR ISN’T LONGER THEN 3 INCHES, IT WILL BE A EXTRA $75 FEE. - Bohemian Style will be an EXTRA FEE of $35.
