This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, lateness, or failure to follow policies. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. It goes toward your total. If you need to change your appointment, you can reschedule ONCE within the next 2 weeks of your original appointment without loosing your deposit, provided you give 48hrs+ notice. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable and will be lost if cancelled within 48hrs notice. No-shows may need to prepay in full next time. Late Arrivals: More than 15 minutes late = cancellation & loss of deposit. Please arrive on time as there is no waiting area. No Refunds post appointment: All services are non-refundable. Brow Lamination & Tint OR Wax

Brow lamination is a three-step eyebrow perming treatment that involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. In the first step, a cream is applied that breaks down bonds in the eyebrow hairs so they can be manipulated into a new position. In the second step, another cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the brows in their new uniform position. If you have unruly, flat or downward growing hairs, eyebrow lamination can change the direction of growth to create a more uniform look with a higher arch and a more desirable brow shape. Brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks generally, with proper care allowing the brow treatment to last as long as 8 weeks. This includes tinting which is the process of applying semi-permanent dye to enhance, shape, darken, and define your brows. Traditional Lash Lift & Tint
