MISSION At Bella Luna Nail Studio, my mission is to provide each guest with a peaceful and elevated nail experience rooted in professionalism, artistry, and care. As the owner and sole nail tech, I’m committed to delivering quality service with integrity, skill, and a passion for continued learning. In this one-on-one environment, you’ll receive my full attention in a clean, calming space designed with your self-care in mind. 🪷 By booking an appointment, you agree to all Bella Luna Nail Studio policies outlined below. 🪷 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a 25% late cancellation fee. Because I operate independently, late cancellations and no-shows directly affect my business and availability for others. I appreciate your understanding. In rare cases, I may need to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. I’ll always notify you as early as possible. LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you're running late, please call or text. Arrivals after 10 minutes may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. NO SHOWS No-shows (missed appointments with no notice) may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. After a no-show, future bookings may require full prepayment. REFUNDS If you’re not happy with your nails, please let me know before leaving the studio so I can make adjustments or remove the product if needed. No refunds are issued once the service is complete and you’ve left the studio. COMPLIMENTARY FIXES Gel polish and enhancements are guaranteed for 5 days (excluding breaks or trauma to the nail). If you notice lifting, chipping, or loss of product, reach out within that window to schedule a free fix. Repairs must be scheduled within 3 days of contacting me. *I DO NOT PERFORM REPAIRS OR FILL-INS ON WORK DONE BY OTHER NAIL TECHNICIANS* While standard polish application is not guaranteed, we are committed to addressing any concerns. Should an issue arise within 24 to 48 hours, I will endeavor to provide a complimentary repair, subject to availability. 📱 Please text or call for fix requests. Do not email for urgent repairs. CHILD SAFETY POLICY To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, children are only allowed in the studio if receiving a service. Please arrange child care before your appointment, as I’m unable to supervise children during your visit. PETS Due to health regulations, only trained service animals are allowed in the studio. Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under Alabama law or the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). CELL PHONES & QUIET TIME Bella Luna is a space for calm and connection. Please limit phone use and avoid eating during your service to ensure your nails can be completed with care and precision.
