I will be closed on Fridays and every other Saturday throughout the summer. Saturday appointments will only be booked and approved directly through me ❤️ ✨ Booking Policies & Studio Guidelines (Effective 1/6/26) Thank you for choosing me as your nail artist. To ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every guest, the following policies are in place. Your understanding and respect of these guidelines are truly appreciated. ⸻ Deposit Policy All appointments must be booked online or in person and require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your service total. For in-person bookings, deposits must be received within 5 days of the appointment date. Appointments without a deposit are subject to cancellation. Deposits secure your scheduled time and allow for proper preparation and service planning. ⸻ Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order for the deposit to be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, late arrivals requiring cancellation, or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture. A new deposit will be required to book again. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is extended to all guests. • Arrivals 15–30 minutes late may incur a $20 late fee or loss of deposit credit • Arrivals 45 minutes or more late will require the appointment to be canceled, the deposit forfeited, and a new deposit required to reschedule, unless otherwise discussed Please note: occasional delays due to detailed nail art or service execution are different from late arrivals. I appreciate your patience in those moments. If I arrive late to an appointment, this policy will be honored accordingly. ⸻ Nail Art & Add-On Policy Nail art, charms, chrome, French tips, detailed designs, and specialty finishes are not included in base services and must be selected as add-ons at the time of booking. Requests for nail art or add-ons that were not booked in advance may be declined or require rescheduling to allow adequate time. All deposit policies remain in effect in these situations. ⸻ Pricing & Services All services are charged according to the current service menu and pricing, updated as of 1/6/26. Service-for-service trades are no longer accepted as I continue to grow and operate with elevated professionalism. ⸻ Accepted Payment Methods For your convenience, the following payment methods are accepted: • Cash • Credit or debit card • Tap pay Third-party payment apps are no longer accepted. ⸻ Thank you for your continued trust and support.
