When you book you are required to pay a NONREFUNDABLE deposit, and that does go to your service, if you need to cancel please do 24 hours before your appointment, or you will lose that deposit, no show will pay remaining balance and another deposit before booking another service . I give a 10 minute grace period after your appointment has started, after that it will be a no show. Communicate with me, and I’ll communicate with you. If you are paying through booking app, you have 10 mins to pay it or you will be charged an extra fee. Lash extensions: After the third refill service , you must book a removal and new set, to ensure we keep the healthy lashes. If you don’t see a time / day that works for you, let me know.
