SEVERE WEATHER POLICY If a snowstorm or severe weather occurs and travel is unsafe, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. Safety comes first. HEALTH POLICY If I am unwell I will notify you as soon as possible. For your safety and comfort, I will offer one of the following options: 1. Reschedule your appointment to a later date. 2. Cancel your appointment with a full refund. 3. Proceed with the appointment while wearing a protective face mask, if appropriate and you are comfortable. IF YOU ARE ILL: If you are experiencing fever, flu, COVID, contagious symptoms, eye infections, cold sores, or other illnesses, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This helps maintain high hygiene standards and ensures the health and safety of you, me, and other clients. PERSONAL EMERGENCY POLICY If a serious personal matter such as a funeral or family emergency occurs, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled.
