Amma Therapy Studio is a holistic wellness space in Miami that I created to support the connection between the body, emotions, and nervous system regulation, rooted in Ayurvedic principles and holistic bodywork. Amma Therapy was born from my own healing journey and a deep study of the body as both an emotional and biological system. Through this space, I offer Ayurvedic-inspired, intentional therapeutic experiences designed to help the body slow down, release stored tension, and return to balance. At Amma Therapy, massage is not a luxury — it is a therapeutic tool. I believe the body is a record of our life experiences and emotions. What is not expressed or processed is often stored in the tissues and the nervous system.
