To ensure a smooth experience, kindly attend your appointments alone as space is limited. I do not accept cash and I have a card machine which takes Apple Pay. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before it's scheduled or fail to show up, a £15 no-show fee will be charged. Additionally, you will not be able to book another appointment with me until this fee is paid. Arrive at your appointment with clean lashes, if your lashes are not clean this can really effect retention even after I clean them and I will be unable to offer any free fixes within the 48hours If you have a lash infill appointment, you must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining. If this is not the case, please give me as much notice as possible. For nail infills, if there are more than 2 nails missing, you will be charged full set price. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. There's a 10-minute grace period, but if you're more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and you will be required to send a £15 no show fee before booking in any future appointments! If you experience any issues within the first 48 hours, please notify me, and I'll be happy to fix them free of charge, I do not offer refunds. Finally, patch tests are essential for new customers and can be booked on my booking system when booking your appointment
