808 Kutz Barber Policy To keep everything organized and respect everyone’s time, please review the policy below: Booking Fee • A $10 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. • This fee goes toward your final service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is paid. Cancellations & Reschedules • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in losing your booking fee. Late Policy • A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. • After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on the schedule. No-Show Policy • No-shows will forfeit the booking fee. • Future appointments may require full payment upfront.
