We are a single room clinic. 
We don't offer duel massage treatments.

We are available by appointment only. This means we are often booked out a couple of days in advance. 

If you would like an appointment outside of times available online. Please give us a call. We may have something suitable and try to accommodate early or later bookings.

If you would like to go on our cancellation list. Please call or sms with your preferred day/time.

We do not offer health fund rebates.

Alternatively please specify who you would like to see if you have a preference. Otherwise we assume you have read all information and are happy to see the therapist you have booked with.

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12hrs before start time via the app. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 12hr time slot, call or sms to let us know.

We do not require a deposit when booking. However. If you book an appointment and don't show up. There is a $60 No Show Fee.

You are also sent a reminder 24hrs before your appointment to confirm.

First time getting a massage with Dylan and he definitely lived up to the hype. Helped with the headaches i have been enduring for years.
