No Refunds for Missed Appointments If you miss your appointment without providing 2 hours' notice, the session will be considered complete, and no refunds will be issued. Please be mindful of your scheduled time to ensure that you receive the full benefit of the session. 3. Energy Work and Reiki Disclaimer Energy work, including Reiki and other healing modalities, is intended to support your well-being and personal growth. While many clients experience positive changes, results may vary from person to person. Sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment or mental health services. Always consult with a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice. 4. Confidentiality All information shared during consultations and energy work sessions will remain confidential. Your personal information will not be shared without your explicit consent. 5. Payment and Pricing Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices for services are listed on the booking platform and are subject to change.
